Terms of use
Updated
The short version: use it for lawful purposes, check what it writes before you send it, and expect no warranty.
By using Replyku you accept the terms below. There is no account to register, so using the site is the whole of the agreement.
What the service is
Replyku generates draft replies to messages you paste in, using a language model. Drafts are produced on request and not stored. The service is provided free of charge and is funded by advertising.
What you may not use it for
- Anything unlawful, or any message intended to harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate somebody.
- Generating messages at scale — automated or scripted access, bulk request loops, or reselling the output as a service.
- Circumventing the rate limit, probing the API for weaknesses, or interfering with the site's operation.
- Pasting other people's personal data that you have no right to process.
Access can be rate limited or blocked if any of the above is happening, and no notice is owed before that happens.
The drafts are yours, and so is the responsibility
No claim is made over the text you paste in or the drafts that come out — you can use, edit and send them freely, including commercially.
In return, what you send is your decision. A language model can be confidently wrong, invent details it was not given, and misjudge tone. Read every draft before sending it, particularly where money, employment, or a legal position is involved.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. There is no guarantee that it will be available, that a draft will be accurate or suitable, or that the site will continue to exist. To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from using it or from being unable to use it.
Advertising and third parties
The site shows ads served by Google, and drafts are generated by a third-party model provider. Both are described in the privacy page, and both operate under their own terms.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised version. Questions: adjiesantooso@gmail.com
